And a Pair of Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Lockheed C-130J-30 Hercules Aircraft - A97-466 & A97-447 - Complete Airwork in Parts of CQ

I've also received information suggesting that on Tuesday 11 April, a pair of Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Lockheed C-130J-30 Hercules transport aircraft departed Townsville Airport and completed airwork around some parts of Central Queensland.

It appears that A97-466 - flying as ASY483 ("Aussie 483") - flew South from Townsville and completed airwork at Emerald.  It then continued to the Sunshine Coast before later landing at RAAF Base Amberley.

Also, A97-447 - flying as ASY484 ("Aussie 484") - also flew South from Townsville and also completed airwork ar Emerald.  It then continued to Bundaberg before it later landed at Amberley.

Of interest, both Hercs appear to have flown North to Townsville from Amberley on Sunday 9 April.

Finally, it's also worth mentioning that on Tuesday 11 April, at least three RAAF Beech B350 Super King Air turboprops were also heard to complete airwork at various parts of CQ.   A32-437 "Dingo 05" flew South from Townsville and completed three-hours of survey work over the Shoalwater Bay Training Area (SWBTA).  It eventually landed at Gladstone Airport for fuel before returning to the Bay for more survey work.  It then returned to Townsville.  A32-651 "Dingo 16" also flew South from Townsville and completed airwork around Biloela / Thangool before continuing to Amberley.  It later returned to Townsville via more airwork at Thangool.  Finally, A32-346 "Hudson 04" was noted completing airwork around Roma after flying across from the Gold Coast via Saint George.  It then flew onward to Amberley.
