It looked to touch down from Adelaide and information suggests it is staying for at least the night.

As mentioned below, on Tuesday 10 October, ADD Aviation Services (Australian Corporate Jet Centres) Raytheon Hawker 800XP bizjet VH-OFJ was also noted arriving into Hamilton Island Airport from the Ballina/Bryon Gateway Airport in Northern New South Wales.  It remains parked on Hamo.

UPDATE!  On Friday 13 October, both VH-OFJ and VH-ING departed Hamilton Island Airport for Sydney and the Gold Coast respectively.

UPDATE!  Also visiting Hamilton Island Airport but on Thursday 12 October was Tasfast Air Freight (of Victoria) Piper PA-31-350 Navajo Chieftain VH-TBJ.  It arrived from and later departed back to Cairns where it appears to have taken up residence.  Since flying into Far North Queensland earlier in the year, the Navajo has completed numerous local flights out of Cairns, including the occasional flight into the Whitsundays.
