Yet Another Australian Army NH Industries MRH-90 Multi-Role Helicopter Passes Through Rockhampton Airport

As we reported yesterday - see Blog post below - a trio of Australian Army NH Industries MRH-90 Multi-Role Helicopters were spotted passing through Rockhampton Airport.  It was reported that there was originally going to be four MRH-90s passing through heading South and on Tuesday 13 March, the fourth chopper was spotted passing through Rockhampton Airport on Tuesday 13 March.

Local plane spotter Daniel B was on hand as MRH-90 A40-030 departed Rockhampton Airport as "Warhorse 72" destined for RAAF Base Amberley.  It had earlier arrived from Townsville.

It joins the three that flew South from Townsville to Amberley via Rocky on Monday 13 March - A40-034 as "Warhorse 77", A40-028 as "Warhorse 76" and A40-038 as "Warhorse 3" - although A40-034 "Warhorse" ended up diverting to the Sunshine Coast after it declared a "PAN".

Sincere thanks to local plane spotter Daniel B for taking the time to capture and send through these great photos!
